Pro Rehab in Fulda, MN is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients under the supervision of a physical therapist. The PTA will help implement treatment plans, guide exercises to improve strength, range of motion, balance, and coordination, and document progress.

New grads are welcome. Wage range is $26-$34 per hour with a $5,000 bonus paid out over 18 months and comprehensive benefits at Maple Lawn Senior Care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited PTA program; minimum Associate’s degree.
• Must hold a MN PTA license.
• Knowledge of state/federal long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, ROM, balance, and coordination.
• Prepare therapy equipment and document outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the team.
