Pro Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the Maple Lawn Senior Care team in Fulda, MN. New grads welcome. Flexible start/end times and a competitive wage with a $5,000 bonus paid over 18 months.

Responsibilities include assisting therapists, documenting progress, and educating patients and families. Qualifications require graduation from an Accredited PTA Program, an Associate’s degree, and MN PTA licensure.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program and have at least an Associate’s degree.
• Must possess a current MN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
• Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, with adequate communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and monitoring progress.
• Document patient changes and progress.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans for recovery.
• Apply anatomy and physiology knowledge to provide effective care.
