Pro Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join Maple Lawn Senior Care in Fulda, MN. The PTA will support patients under supervision of a physical therapist, implementing treatment plans and guiding exercises to improve mobility.

We offer a competitive wage between $26 and $34 per hour, benefits, and a $5,000 bonus paid over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply.

Competenze

• Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program and have at a minimum an Associate’s degree.
• Must possess a current MN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
• Strong patient care skills and knowledge of physiology and anatomy
• Proficient in medical terminology and physical therapy techniques

Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team at Maple Lawn Senior Care, in Fulda, MN. Maple Lawn Senior Care is in a rural environment that offers a calmer atmosphere and less stress, allowing you more opportunities to build a full caseload quickly.

As our Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will support patients in improving, regaining, and maintaining their functional mobility and physical abilities under the supervision of a physical therapist. Your responsibilities will include assisting with treatment plans, guiding patients through exercises to improve strength, range of motion, balance, and coordination, preparing therapy equipment, monitoring patient progress, and documenting outcomes. To be successful, you must have strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position with a flexible start and end time

Wage Range: $26 - $34 / hour depending on experience.

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:

Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:
