Pro Rehab in Fulda, MN is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join Maple Lawn Senior Care. You will support therapists, implement treatment plans, and help build a full caseload in a calm rural setting.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program with an associate degree, MN PTA license, strong patient care and English communication, and ability to work collaboratively. We offer competitive wages, benefits, tuition assistance, and a $5,000 bonus paid over 18

We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team at Maple Lawn Senior Care, in Fulda, MN! Maple Lawn Senior Care is in a rural environment that offers a calmer atmosphere and less stress, allowing you more opportunities to build a full caseload quickly.

We offer a competitive wage, benefits, and up to a $5,000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position with a flexible start and end time

Wage Range: $26 - $34 / hour depending on experience.

Bonus: $5,000

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapies
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care

Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program and have at a minimum an Associate’s degree
• Must possess a current MN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
• Strong patient care skills and knowledge of physiology and anatomy
• Proficient in medical terminology and physical therapy techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
