Pro Rehab is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in rural Minnesota between Belview and Clarkfield. This full-time role offers a competitive wage and benefits with a bonus up to $2,500 paid over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply.

The PTA will support therapists, monitor patient progress, and educate patients on exercises, contributing to a calm environment and strong caseload development in Clarkfield, MN 56223.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program with at least an Associate’s degree.
• Current MN PTA License required.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and local long-term care regulations.
• Clear communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans.
