Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver high-quality therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist across outpatient, inpatient, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, and other settings.

The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans, assist patients in improving mobility and function, supervise therapeutic exercises, document progress, and collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree PTA from an accredited program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice; BLS certification as required by facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Instruct/supervise therapeutic exercises and gait, transfer training, and use of assistive devices.
• Document treatment sessions and patient progress per facility policies.
