Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Proficient with Net Health and Point Click Care data entry.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation per requirements.
• Maintain safe treatment environment following infection control and equipment protocols.
• Communicate progress to physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents and families on home exercise programs and fall prevention.
