• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with facility and payer requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in care conferences and rehabilitation meetings.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercises.
