Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation per requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist in training Restorative Aides and communicate progress to the team.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Assist with ordering durable medical equipment and ensure patient independence.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Contribute to quality assurance and facility rehabilitation program development.
