Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans created by Physical Therapists, including exercises and modalities.
• Monitor patient responses and document progress for the supervising therapist.
• Maintain up-to-date therapy documentation and report findings accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and home progression.
• Support therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress with observations.
