Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under a Physical Therapist in an interdisciplinary setting. You will implement treatment plans, deliver therapeutic exercises and manual therapies, and help monitor and document patient progress.

The role requires an accredited PTA degree and state licensure with CPR preferred. You will collaborate with therapists and the care team to support patient recovery and return to function.

Qualifications

• Education: PTA degree from an accredited program.
• Licensure: current state PTA license or certification, CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Observe patient responses, document progress, and report findings to the supervising PT.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of patient responses and progress.
