Synchrony is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide therapeutic interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist in an interdisciplinary setting. The PTA will implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on exercises and safety.

The role requires an accredited PTA program degree and a state PTA license; CPR certification is preferred. Experience ranges from 0-1 year, with benefits and weekly pay mentioned in the job listing.

Responsabilidades

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as heat, cold, or electrical stimulation.
• Observe patient responses to therapy, document progress, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Observe and maintain up-to-date documentation related to patients’ responses to therapy, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide instructions to patients and families on exercise techniques, safety precautions, and strategies to support progress at home.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
