Flagstar Rehab is seeking Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to join our team in state-of-the-art skilled nursing facilities around NYC. As a PTA, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, and help improve mobility and daily function.

Qualifications

• Current NYS PTA license and registration.
• Ability to document patient progress using EMR systems.

• Provide quality therapy services in an SNF setting for diverse diagnoses including TBI, CVA and others.

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Skilled Nursing Facility

Now Staffing Physical Therapist Assistants for Rehab Department in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and Surrounding Areas.

Flagstar Rehab PTAs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform treatments and patient/family education to improve the physicality and cognition of their patients and positively impact their ability to function in their daily lives.

Flagstar Rehab offers the opportunity for Direct Employment with our agency OR to Be Your Own Boss as an Independent Contractor.

Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099)

Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duties:

• Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.

Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.

• Current NYS PTA License and Registration
