Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Sheboygan, Wisconsin is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant on a PRN, daytime schedule. You will join a team led by licensed therapists focused on quality care and flexible staffing.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans under supervision, documenting progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices; prior PTA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
