Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. This PRN position offers daytime shifts and the opportunity to work under the guidance of experienced physical therapists to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and device use. A state license is required, along with an associate degree and preferred relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
