Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN daytime coverage at Rib Lake Health Services in Rib Lake, WI. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, building a schedule around your life while ensuring quality care.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in PTA, an active state PTA license, and the preferred one year of PTA experience. You will educate patients on home programs and assistive devices, documenting progress accordingly.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License is required.
• 1 year of PTA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
