Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN schedule at our Monticello, MN location. This role requires an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and an active PTA license.

Prior PTA experience is preferred. You will implement treatment plans under a supervising PT, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and use of assistive devices.

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
