Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care at Cura of Willmar in Willmar, MN. The role is PRN with on-site responsibilities, working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and an active PTA license in the state, with 1 year of prior PTA experience preferred. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home

Qualifications

• Requires an active PTA license in the state.
• Licensed PT Assistant must be in good standing and able to practice.
• Previous experience as a PTA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a PT.
• Document patient progress and report changes in status to supervising PT.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper use of devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
