Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing network at Cura of Le Sueur, MN. The role supports PTs in implementing individualized treatment plans, educating patients, and tracking progress in a PRN schedule across our Le Sueur location.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and an active PTA license in Minnesota, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered Minnesota PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
