Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients in Monticello, MN. This PRN role requires an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and an active PTA license, with a preference for 1 year of prior experience.

The PTA will implement treatment plans under a supervising PT, document progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
