Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, SC. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision, documenting progress in the patient records, and educating patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in PTA, a current state license, and at least 1 year of PTA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License is required.
• 1 year of previous PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
