Job summary

Mountain View Rehab & Senior Living in Coal Township, PA is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a part-time or PRN role. You’ll work under a licensed Physical Therapist to provide resident-centered rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited PTA program, holds an active PA PTA license, and can document care using Net Health. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• PA PTA license in good standing.
• Indirect License required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions per plan of care.
• Assist residents to improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to supervising PT.
• Educate and encourage residents throughout rehabilitation.
• Complete clinical documentation in Net Health accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing and other team members.
