Clinical documentation utilizing Net Health
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide individualized, resident-centered rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities include:
Provide skilled physical therapy interventions according to established plans of care
Assist residents in improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance, and functional independence
Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate and encourage residents throughout the rehabilitation process
Accurately and timely complete clinical documentation using Net Health
Collaborate with Physical Therapists, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Help create a positive, supportive rehabilitation experience for residents
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Pennsylvania PTA license in good standing
Indirect License required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
SNF/LTC experience is a plus
