Job summary

Watsontown Nursing & Rehab Center in Watsontown, PA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will provide skilled PTA treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and support resident mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and independence.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in Net Health.
• Support individualized resident-centered treatment plans.
