Job summary

Mountain View Rehab & Senior Living is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on a Part-Time or PRN basis to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Coal Township, PA.

You will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver resident-centered rehabilitation services, focusing on strength, mobility and independence for geriatric residents. Indirect license is required and Net Health will be used for documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Pennsylvania PTA license in good standing.
• Indirect License required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• SNF/LTC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions according to established plans of care.
• Assist residents in improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance and functional independence.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate and encourage residents throughout rehabilitation.
• Accurately complete clinical documentation using Net Health.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, nursing staff, and other team members.
• Create a positive, supportive rehabilitation experience for residents.

Mountain View Rehab & Senior Living is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a Part-Time or PRN basis.

What You’ll Do
