Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team in Texas. You will administer prescribed PT treatments and support mobility and quality of life for residents under a PT's supervision.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, communicating with the team, and educating patients and families. This role accepts new grads and offers competitive compensation, with flexible full-time or PRN schedules.

Qualifications

• Texas PTA license in good standing.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current PT treatment practices.
• Experience with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medically prescribed PT treatments under PT supervision.
• Provide skilled PT services and interventions under physician orders.
• Record and monitor patients’ motor function and progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to modify plans of care as needed.
• Document thoroughly and timely per company policies and regulations.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care plans.
