Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team on a PRN basis in Texas. You will help residents improve mobility and quality of life under supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Texas PTA license, have strong communication and teamwork skills, and preferably SNF/long-term care experience. This position offers flexible scheduling and is non-contracted.

Formación

• Active and valid Texas PTA license.
• In good standing with regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provide PT services under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Relay information and referrals to the Physical Therapist.
• Implement and modify plans of care under PT supervision.
• Measure and record patients' motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
• Monitor patient response and adjust approaches with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide clinical education to patients, families and caregivers.
• Ensure documentation is thorough and timely per policies and regulations.
• Attend required meetings with the Director of Rehab.
