Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to contribute to patient mobility and independence in daily living. The role works under Physical Therapists to apply physical modalities and support rehabilitation in the home health setting.

Candidates should have an active PTA license in the state and prefer at least one year of clinical experience, including experience in home health.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with physical impairments under the direction of Physical Therapists using physical modalities to improve mobility.
• Help patients achieve independence in self-care and daily living activities.
