Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of employment is required.
• One year of clinical experience is preferred.
• One year of home health experience is preferred.

• Treat patients with physical impairments under the supervision of Physical Therapists to improve mobility and daily living skills.
• Apply physical modalities and therapeutic interventions to support functional independence.
