Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients at home under the supervision of a physical therapist. You will help improve mobility, self-care, and daily functioning using therapeutic modalities and exercise programs.

The role requires valid PTA licensure, a valid driver’s license, proof of automobile liability insurance, and reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must carry automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation to visit patients.
• Must be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Assist mobility and daily living through therapeutic exercise.
• Work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve outcomes.
