Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care in home health settings. You will work under the direction of Physical Therapists to deliver modalities that improve mobility and daily living skills, and you’ll help patients regain independence with structured treatment plans.

The role requires a valid PTA license, a current driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities under PT supervision.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, self-care and daily living skills.
