Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our on-site team in a home health setting. You will work under the direction of Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility and independence through therapeutic interventions.

The ideal candidate has an active PTA license and at least one year of clinical experience, preferably in home health. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and daily living.
