Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team. The PTA will collaborate with Physical Therapists to enhance mobility and independence for patients in their homes.

The role emphasizes hands-on care, adherence to clinical protocols, and contributing to a collaborative care plan focused on patient outcomes. Eligible benefits and ongoing development support are provided.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with mobility and daily living activities under the direction of Physical Therapists, using physical modalities to improve function.
