• Observe patient responses, document progress, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on patient progress and responses.
• Instruct patients and families on exercises and safety precautions for home use.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
