Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist in assessing patients and contributing to the development of treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and other treatments as directed by the PT.
• Document patient information, including charges, progress notes, and reports, accurately and timely.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and provide instruction.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain productivity and advance patient care throughout the therapy stay.
