Job summary

Validation Associates LLC in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans and deliver hands-on interventions.

Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, educating patients and families on home programs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA licensure in NM or eligibility to obtain.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Prior clinical experience in rehab/outpatient preferred.
• Strong knowledge of modalities, exercise techniques and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient education skills.
