The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Pembroke Park, FL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver targeted treatments and help maintain a luxury, patient-centered environment.

You will document patient progress weekly, collaborate with other disciplines, and strive for clinical excellence while adhering to confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Florida PT license.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under supervision of Physical Therapist.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Proficient in documenting patient progress.
• Maintain weekly progress notes in a timely fashion.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered care.
• Demonstrate exceptional patient service and clinical excellence.
• Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled hours.

Responsabilités

• Carry out treatments under supervision of Physical Therapist.
• Provide feedback to supervising PT via documentation.
• Perform duties per Director of Rehabilitation directives.
• Maintain patient-centered care with collaboration across disciplines.
