Job summary

Aegis Nursing & Rehab in Wildwood, MO is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN coverage. The role supports mobility and functional goals within a diverse caseload under a supervising Physical Therapist, collaborating with an in-house therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care.
• Work under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist to support patient mobility and functional goals.
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team.
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards.
• Use current equipment and modalities.
