Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. in Ironton, Missouri is seeking a dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. The role provides flexibility while delivering patient-centered care and contributing to residents' independence.

You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist, assist with mobility and functional activities, document progress, and collaborate with nurses and other therapists to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Missouri PTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, transfers, and functional activities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
