Job summary

Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting is seeking a dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Adrian, Missouri on a PRN basis. A flexible schedule supports quality care for patients and residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility and therapeutic interventions under a licensed PT, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to ensure patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Missouri PTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, transfers, and functional activities.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising PT.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other care team members.
• Provide professional, patient-centered care.
