Job summary

Concept Rehab in Ozark, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to help residents regain independence in a supportive SNF setting.

You will work under a licensed PT, assist with mobility, balance, transfers, and functional activities, and collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nurses, and other professionals to provide patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Missouri PTA license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, transfers, and functional activities
• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
