• Assist the Store Manager with the following tasks:
• Manage the sales floor.
• Keep up visual standards.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including opening and closing the store and registers, executing deposits, and receiving shipments.
• Assist in developing associates at all levels.
• Help build a cohesive team based on the store's needs.
• Follow and execute daily goals and directions for the shift.
• Incorporate Loss Prevention and Safety messages into daily operations.
