Assist the Store Manager with the following tasks:

1. Manage the sales floor.
2. Maintain visual standards.
3. Perform opening and closing routines, including store and register opening/closing, deposits, and shipment receipt.
4. Assist in developing associates at all levels.
5. Help build a cohesive team based on store needs.
6. Follow and execute daily shift goals and directions.
7. Incorporate Loss Prevention and Safety messages into daily operations.

• Ability to perform cash register functions.
