• Assist the Store Manager with tasks such as managing the sales floor, maintaining visual standards, performing opening and closing routines (including opening/closing store and registers, executing deposits, and receiving shipments), and developing associates.
• Assist in building a cohesive team based on store needs.
• Follow and execute daily goals and directions for the team.
• Incorporate Loss Prevention and Safety protocols into daily operations.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret floor plans, safety rules, and operational instructions.
