Primary Purpose

This role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, collecting carts, cleaning, and maintaining the store environment.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties.
2. Collect and operate trash compactor.
3. Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties.
4. Collect, stack, and push carts to the front of the store.
5. Demonstrate good customer service skills.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to use required equipment and tools.
• Meet performance and attendance standards.
• Complete the introductory period (30 or 60 days).
• Wear proper clothing and shoes.
• Maintain any required licenses or permits.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%.
• Perform tasks requiring static pulling up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Understand company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals and handbooks.
