Primary Purpose

This role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, managing carts, cleaning, and collecting trash. We focus on building strong families and healthy communities across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and New Jersey. Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule and prepare for duties at the start of each shift, including equipment and supplies check, PPE compliance.
2. Collect, stack, and push carts to the front of the store.
3. Perform housekeeping duties: keep floors and work areas clean, perform hourly clean sweep.
4. Collect and dispose of trash, operate the trash compactor.
5. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety regulations and company policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to learn and operate necessary equipment and tools.
• Maintain regular attendance and meet performance standards.
• Complete the 30 or 60-day introductory period.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper, approved clothing and shoes.
• Hold and maintain any required licenses, certificates, or permits.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Physical demands: lift/carry up to 50 lbs, stand 55%, walk 45%, static pull up to 20 lbs.

Team members should understand and adhere to company policies as outlined in the policy manual and team member handbook.
