Primary Purpose

This role involves bagging items at checkout, placing bags into carts, restocking returns, retrieving carts from the parking lot, vacuuming the front-end, restocking coolers, and collecting trash. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Collect and operate trash compactor.
3. Perform housekeeping duties, keep floors and work areas clean, and conduct hourly clean sweeps.
4. Collect, stack, and push carts to the front-end.
5. Demonstrate good customer service skills.
6. Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety regulations and company policies.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate relevant equipment and tools.
• Complete the 30 or 60-day introductory period.
• Adhere to safety protocols and dress code, including proper clothing and shoes.
• Maintain valid licenses, certificates, or permits as required.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4 hours, variable based on business needs.
• Physical demands include lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., standing for 55%, walking for 45%, and static pulling up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Employees should understand and follow company policies as outlined in the manual and handbook.

Compensation

Salary range: $15.00 - $18.00 hourly.
