Acima is hiring a part-time Sales Manager to oversee one retail partner store location. The role leads daily store operations, drives sales, and manages coworkers to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

The position offers hourly pay between $16.62 and $20.15, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills in a retail leasing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven track record in retail sales management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance to lead store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of all store coworkers on a day-to-day basis.
• Motivate, coach, and counsel store coworkers and discipline when needed.
• Identify and promote coworkers for promotion to Sales Manager roles.
• Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals and educate them on leasing processes.
• Train and assess coworkers’ dedication to customer service and sales results.
• Address issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Recruit, interview, and hire store staff.
• Track daily and weekly sales objectives and guide sales activities.
• Oversee leasing option discussions and ensure clear payment terms with customers.
