Job summary

Acima is seeking a Sales Manager-PT to oversee operations in our retail partner stores. This role focuses on maximizing store revenue through effective leadership, coaching, and process improvements, while ensuring outstanding customer service and adherence to company policies.

The position is part-time and paid hourly ($17.49–$21.21). You will work in one of our partner locations, managing staff and driving sales with a focus on leasing options and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic retail software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct store coworkers daily to achieve sales goals.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop team members; manage discipline as needed.
• Promote and educate customers on lease options and store services.
• Ensure accurate execution of store policies and promotions.
• Monitor inventory and merchandising to maximize sales.
