Job summary

UFC GYM in San Diego is seeking a Personal Training Sales Manager to drive revenue from Private Training and supplements while delivering excellent member service. You will supervise coaching staff, manage client scheduling, and address member needs with the Fitness Manager and club leadership.

The role requires proactive prospecting, scheduling coordination, and ensuring adherence to club policies. A strong background in PT sales, interpersonal skills, and CPR/AED certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one certification from organization recognized by UFC Gym.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Four-year degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Management/employee relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members.
• Meet revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements.
• Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for clients.
• Administer client programs and track measurements.
• Assist with seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Supervise coach sales activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Evaluate daily sales performance with management and staff.
• Maintain up-to-date scheduling records and client communications.
